Audit and Accounts Manager

We are recruiting for an Audit and Accounts Manager to join our team in our Bath office. We offer a competitive salary based on skills and experience.

We are looking for a candidate with audit and accounts experience. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing annual company accounts, undertaking audit work (approximately 1/3rd of the role will be audit-based), preparing tax computations and tax returns, and varied other work in our corporate department. The chosen candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and be confident in providing support and advice to our clients.

Newly Qualified Accountant looking to specialise in Personal Tax

We are seeking a recently qualified chartered accountant with some experience of tax, now looking to specialise in that area to join our private client team based in the centre of Bath.

The private client department deals with personal tax for a wide range of individuals as well as trusts and estates.

You will gain a broad experience including the preparation of personal tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, non-residents, landlords, business owners and many others.

You will also provide planning advice to clients. We are licensed to offer probate and there are real opportunities for you to join our team offering a cradle to grave service, offering tax planning, ensuring tax compliance, right through to the provision of a probate service preparing the relevant inheritance tax returns and dealing with probate applications and estate accounts. We have a broad range of clients spread not only throughout Bath and Wiltshire, but all over the UK and the rest of the world.

Tax Senior

We are expanding our Private Client Team and are seeking a qualified chartered accountant with at least two years’ experience in personal tax.

The private client department based in the centre of Bath deals with tax compliance and advice for a wide range of individuals as well as estates and trusts. An interest and experience in trust taxation would be a bonus.

You will gain a broad experience including the preparation of personal tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, non-residents, landlords, business owners and be on hand to provide tax planning advice.

Qualified Accountant

We are recruiting for ACA, ACCA and AAT qualified individuals to join our team.  We offer a competitive salary based on skills and experience.

We are looking for candidates with experience of working in an accountancy practice, with excellent organisational skills. Strong IT skills and a good understanding of accounting packages including Sage, Xero and QuickBooks are essential.

The successful candidates will be involved in preparing annual accounts for incorporated and unincorporated businesses, preparing tax computations and tax returns and preparing VAT returns. The chosen candidates will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and be confident in providing support and advice to our clients.
